medicine patent has expired, so it can be manufactured by any pharmaceutical company without paying royalties. There are two types of generic medicine, which is trademarked and generic medicine, also generic cure marketed under the brand logo which contains the active substance. In the branded generics, active substances were given name (brand). Active substance amoxicillin for example, by the factory "A" branded "inemicillin", while the plant "B" gave the name "gatoticilin" and so on, according to the manufacturer desires. Of different brands, the same ingredients: amoxicillin.
